Listen to the customer problem and make sure that's we understand his needs for the problem, in addition, we will write a contract for the project and invoice for the customer

We have colorado master plumbing license. under Colorado law any plumber has to have a license to perform any plumbing work in Colorado
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we do have both pricing a flat rate pricing an hourly rate for the project which is small. we do flat rate for the water heater ,faucets ,toilets ,disposals ,any other small plumbing repair issue which is less than two hours ,but job more than two hours we will charge $100 per hour . We will make sure that's our customer understand the difference between the hourly rate price and flat rate price

Customer has to make sure the plumber has a license and he knows what he's doing otherwise the customer will pay twice one for the one who is unlicensed and another time for the one he would come and fix what the other plumber did
