What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is trying to figure out as much as I can about the animal. Including health history, temperament, activeness. I then ask how I can make my clients pet feel comfortable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started helping my aunt with pet sitting a few years ago and volunteered at the veterinary hospital she worked at as well. I've also attended Veterinary Conferences.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

If I board the pet at my apartment it is $40 per night and $20 per additional pet.

If I house sit, it is $35 per night and $25 per additional pet.

How did you get started in this business?

I love animals, and I hope to run my own petcare business someday and cherish the opportunity to be around animals every day.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Those with pets

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Questions to ask is:

How often can you walk my dog?

Can you administer medication?

Do you offer pictures during my pets stay with you?
