What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the client's home and meet the pets. The paperwork that I provide is left with the client to fill out and leave for me at the first care visit. I also get a key and half of my fee. I will get the other half of payment when I return the key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UCCS with a bachelor degree in communication.
