What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the potential customer, ID myself and offer to come and view the job and discuss it with them at their convenience.That way we are able to meet and form an impression of each other. I respond by phone text or email and provide a price and schedule and try to be flexible and accommodating . If your needs fall outside my area of gifts/skills, I am honest and explain that. I pride myself on my people skills and service to the customer whenever possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in business, minor in engineering management, and 30+ yrs experience. Apprenticed in the carpenters union.

Minimal drywall or plaster repair jobs start at about $300. Larger jobs are bud individually based on the job. Normally I am in the middle of the competitive range.
