Provider came and assessed the breaker panel, listened to my explanation of events and then checked the GFI outlet in the basement to reset.
I called Always Best Electrical on 8/17 and the electrician returned my call the same day. After advising that I had no phone, TV, internet or power to outside outlets, the company was totally awesome and worked me into their schedule the very next morning - first thing! So nice to see a company that cares about the customer and customer service. The 2 guys showed up on time and took 15 minutes to find the issue and educate me on what happened and how to correct if it occurs again! Totally great experience and would hire this company again.
