What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule and meet up to go over all of the project details and the design then I will send a quote for the work. Once a project is approved depending on the dollar amount we will draw up a contract and meet up to sign the contract and get the deposit and schedule for the work to begin. Once all work is completed we will do a walk through and punch list for any items that need to be addressed and then final payment appon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a real estate background as well as I have worked in the construction industry for most of my life I started my construction careerwhen I would go and help a family friend that builds custom homes in Wyoming as a teenager. I have a class a International Building Code cert for residential and commercial construction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All projects are different so it is almost impossible to have a standard price but we do give free estimates.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in construction helping a family friend that owned a custom home construction company in Wyoming when I was a teenager.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for all types of customers from highend designers and fix and flippers to the every day person who is on a tight budget.
