I have had the enormous pleasure of working with JPM.in for over 20 years. Joel and his team have completed literally hundreds of tasks around my 1890s house. I honestly could not live here were it not for Joels skills, availability, and hard work. He has done everything from a complete redo of my master bathroom and kitchen, to rebuilding fences, to managing outside lighting, and a thousand other tasks. He is indispensable in my life. As further testament, I have referred him to every single one of my friends who has needed his services, and we all feel the same way. Even when I leave town, I alert Joel so that he can keep an eye on my house (and its tenants.) He is one of a kind, and I am so grateful for his precise work, quick response time, and thoroughness.Five stars is not high enough. I would give him 10!!!

Ive used JPM for almost 14 years now. Always very reliable and trustworthy. I trust Joel and his crew to be in my house when no one else is home which is valuable given that both my wife and I work. Weve used JPM for everything from blowing out sprinklers to renovating a basement and the quality of the work has always been excellent with fair pricing.
