There are a lot of people that can do electrical installations at a high level, I believe I stand out because of my excellent customer service and it shows in the number of repeat customers and referrals I receive.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to take a few minutes to just talk and try to get to know a new customer and really take the time to make sure I understand exactly what they’re trying to accomplish. That usually makes the whole process a lot easier, and ensures everyone is satisfied at the end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Master Electrician, and am also NICET level 2 certified. I have studied LEAN construction techniques, and am always current with the latest code changes to the National Electric Code.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I do not use standard pricing because in my experience at least 75% of customers are then over-paying for simple services. I use a base rate for different services, and then apply a multiplier to adjust for difficulty in installation, or higher material costs.

How did you get started in this business?

I’ve always been a very hands-on type of person. And after a few years in college for engineering , I lucked into a job as an electrician, it was such a good fit I never went back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with as many types of customers, as there are personality types, that’s why I believe that good communication will typically make things go smoothly.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My family and I recently went to Sante Fe NM to visit the Meow Wolf exhibition which was definitely an experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

If a customer is on the fence regarding work needing to be done, or which contractor to use, I always recommend taking a little time and not rushing. When choosing a contractor, always pick someone you click with, someone you can work with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

I always appreciate any questions posed by customers because it shows they’re interested and engaged.
