How did you get started in this business?
I shadowed experienced trainers and studied with a large positive reinforecement dog training company. I started assisting classes and grew from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. Young, old, families, couples, singles, disabled, and developmentally impaired.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are many styles of dog training - not all are created equal! Find someone who aligns with your morals. If strengthening your bond with your dog and creating obedience through love and mutual understanding so that the needs of both pet and parent (or family) are equally met is a top priority - seek a positive reinforcemnt trainer. (R+ for short.)
