This is my house cleaning profile but the foundation can be implemented in any job I do.

Hello, my name is Angela. I believe in building relationships not just clients.

I would value the opportunity to help you with your home care. I am committed to providing a consistent detailed service to every client.

I am very detail-oriented and I take pride in my work. I am LGBTQ, pet, and senior-friendly, and I am pretty handy around the tools.

For the most part, I work solo so you will always know who will be showing up at each service. For bigger jobs, I have a few helpers on call to help me out.

A little about Angela.

I was a stay-at-home mom for 20-plus years. I have 4 wonderful children ages 31 to 23, grown and beginning their own journeys.

I maintained a large household for many years so I am familiar with the inner workings and challenges it takes to keep a home running.   When I divorced I wanted to find something I could be confident in doing, that would productively supplement my income. 

What better to do than to continue what I had been doing most of my life?

I now had a mission, not just for income but also, to in a way pay it forward. I was given time now I have time to give.

Raising a family, balancing work and home life can be challenging. What is usually sacrificed is the maintenance of our home; the one place that should be a haven can turn into stressful chaos pretty quickly. You can not put a price on the happiness of a family and you can not get back the lost time trying to get it all done on your own.

These days with dual-income families time is precious and budgets are accounted for. I try to keep my cost as low as I can in hopes to help and not breaking the bank. I have found that charging a flat rate instead of by the hour works best. It allows for the time to clean without crunching hours and only getting parts of the cleaning done. I do try to work with my clients to find a fair price that fits both of our budgets.

It takes effort from both parties to have a smooth-running household. It takes learning each family's needs and priorities. It takes building trust with someone coming into your home, your safe place. It takes communication, constructive criticism, and flexibility. For me it is not just cleaning someone's home, it is the honor of integrating into their family as well as helping them free up some space for precious family time.

I have had the opportunity to work with many families and I hope to continue my growth with some new ones. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I hope to hear from some of you soon.

I have to say, I couldn’t wait to go home after she cleaned my home. Angela knows what she is doing. You don’t have to guide her, she is inventive and creates a zen feeling closet. She made me feel like I could even live in my closet. I would avoid walking into it because it was so chaotic and she made it so functional that I want bring a seat and chill in it.

She pays attention to detail and wants you to be satisfied with her service. She gets the job done and better than you imagine. Highly recommend her!

I know it is difficult having new people come into your home, especially in this day and age. I try to make it as comfortable as possible letting the client take the lead and show me around. I like to get their priorities and any other special requests. I try to be as quiet as possible if they are home. Respect for their home is mandatory. There's no added money for any additional things other than what is already noted. ( fridge, oven, interior windows). I will not nickel-and-dime you for any extras. you just need to ask and I'll add it to my daily routine. I'm in the business of helping people so prices can always be negotiated to fit your budget. I believe in not breaking the bank and keeping a job, rather than overcharging and not getting the job.

My training comes from having been a stay-at-home mom for 20-plus years. I think that plus 13 years should qualify for a degree. I also try and stay up to date on products and applications on different surfaces.
I work with a flat rate that gets the whole job done not just parts. I work solo so it does take me a bit longer than a team. I give 15% discounts for weekly bookings and 10% for bi-weekly. I am reasonably priced and willing to work with you so that we both are comfortable with pricing. Typically a 1 bed 1 bath is between 100 and 130. 2 and 2 is roughly 130 to 150. Everyone's version of clean is different so I need to account for the best and the challenging environments.
