After we sign a contract, I am in daily communication with the customer, so he or she are updated in every step of the way.
How did you get started in this business?
Since I was young all my family was in the home remodeling and construction business, this is something I always knew I would do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked over the years with literally every type of cusomer. I love talking to people and get along with almost everyone. I love helping people and try to find the best soution for them even if is isn't directly part of my job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I always advise my customers to hire someone who understands the service they are offering. A sales person often doesn't really underatand everything there is to know about a certain area of expertise, hiring someone with experience and knowledge is crucial.
