I enjoy what I do because every customer, I have had thus far feels safe and trust me in their home or business. If that's not a peace of mind, I don't know what is. I also, enjoy the wow and smile after a project is completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know what your need or wants are. Followed by which service you are interested in. Then we typically get to know more about you and your home and/or business. Our priority is to give our customers the best experience possible while building a long lasting relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years as a cleaning professionals. I am IICRC certified in carpet cleaning. Currently working on obtaining other certifications. I am a certified home inspector.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically charged either by square footage or a flat rate, the project will dictate this.
How did you get started in this business?
I started at a young age, growing up I did construction. After that I worked in nursing homes as a maintenance/cleaner before joining the United States Marine Corps. After my active duty service, I began my college journey and required a flexible schedule. Therefore, started Rival Cleaning Company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many diverse customers. My priority is service over self while under promising and over delivering.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My family and I were just a featured family for a local magazine in our community in honor of Veterans Day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them cheaper isn't always better. But most importantly great communication and and customer service is key to a great long and healthy relationship.
