Got a call from a customer to give them a quote for a service upgrade. Which was about$3000. After I asked the customer why. The response was that’s what all the other electricians told me. After some investigation I came to the conclusion that the main breaker needed to be replaced not the panel. Saving the customer thousand of dollars.
