We have over 25 years of experience in construction, installation, renovation, and repairs. We are a licensed General Contractor, CA license 1016750 with liability insurance, medical insurance, and bond. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call. We tell them we can work hourly at $48 per man-hour with a 2 hour minimum charge, or we can work by estimate, and if they send us some photos and a description of what they want done, we can give them an estimate. Then we set an appointment and get to work! We can also give in-person Estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and all business owners and employees have an extensive background in construction, installations, renovation and repairs.
