What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It a starts with a simple call and an over the phone consultation to understand our clients needs and expectations. After that we schedule an in home appointmaent to make sure we are the right fit and make sure the client had all their questions or concerns addressed and cleared.
From that its smooth slaining. We really fo try to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes as seemless as possible. We want our customers to have a stress free experience with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cesar (the owner) has an extensive background and painting, fine furniture finishing and antique restoration over 15 years worth! so you can be sure he has the attention to detail necessary to make your project a high quality one/

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had a client contact us to restore her late mother's kitchen cabinets she had hand picked in the 70's. When our client saw the final result she cried of joy to see how beautiful it had turned out she said that she knew her mother would've been very happy with our work.
