I was having issues with waiting a long time for hot water to reach the faucet and huge temperature fluctuations in the shower if another appliance (like the washing machine) was running. He installed a comfort pump to keep hot water circulating and changed out the valve in the shower to better regulate the water. Turns out, our house has a LOT of sediment, which caused issues with the shower dripping. But Chris came back twice to make sure everything was completely fixed.
