I served in the US Navy for six years as a gas turbine engineer. In that role I was tasked with inspecting some of the most expensive components in the US Naval fleet. When it comes to home inspections, you can rest assured that they will be done with great attention to detail.

San Diego has been my home since 2010 and I have rented a multitude of houses and apartments. In my years as a tenant I witnessed many safety issues such as unrepaired leaks and improper maintenance of the buildings. In 2020 my wife and I purchased our first home and during that process had our home inspection done. Unfortunately, after moving in we realized the house had some issues that had not been disclosed in the home inspection report. My goal is to make sure that no one has this same experience. I want to ensure that current homeowners as well as future homeowners have a comprehensive understanding of the property’s functional and structural integrity in order to make informed decisions.
