What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers we offer them a free on-site estimate. When we arrive we introduce our selves and ask them what they project is. We listen to what their needs are and do a walk through. We answer any questions they may have. We provide them with colors we carry for every part of their project and cover all the sheen as well. Then we leave them our estimate and our card. After a couple days we follow up with them and see when we can start their project.
