What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call or text and introduce myself.
The customer may provide their electrical request and I'll help make a practical choice moving forward and offer a quote to them.
Upon arriving, I can offer educational assistance or work alone with ease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical school graduate, completed a internship and taught in a vocational school after graduation.
I have 35 years of commercial, industrial and home electrician experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$60 per hour for a single electrician.
Or
$80 per hour (total)
For two electricians to arrive.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother was a internationally traveling electrical engineer, and this sparked my curiosity to follow in her career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My company signed large scale contracts that lasted years, rewired highschools and ran a home electrical company for the last 3 decades.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm very proud of my nonprofit to train new electricians.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for licensed, bonded and insured providers and when you find one, please be as detailed as possible in describing your electrical repair needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Identify a priority list and how urgent these needs are.
