Ms. Berninzon was focused, methodical and thorough. She arrived on time, assessed the job — a big move-out cleaning for a three-bedroom house is lived in for six years — and got to work. From her, I learned ways to keep the place I moved into looking and smelling clean and fresh. The place looked so good upon completion, I was reluctant to leave it behind!
