How did you get started in this business?

After working for a single contractor for over 5 years I was laid off for lack of work. I was hired by a general contractor to supervise the electrical crew on a high rise downtown. While working for this contractor I took night classes to get the legal knowledge to become an Electrical Contractor.

Sent an application in, took the State Examination test and next thing you know I was in business on my own. The rest is history 34 years and counting

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly Home Owners and Contractors

I really enjoy the meetings from the International Association of Electrical Inspectors that I attend on a monthly basis.

I am and have been a member of IAEI for many years and currently serve on the board of directors

Before you hire a Contractor, make sure that you do a little homework. Check BBB status, check reviews on Yelp, Check if the State Licence is in good standing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Make a list of things you want done and ask suggestions from the contractor that does this type of work day in and day out. They might have better solutions to your needs
