As of now we are not able to calculate the cost of Materials and give a set price. Due to current Markets having such a Drastic change in price with steel and lumber going up 200% and a bottleneck in supply availability and demand we currently give pricing for Materials based on the project. We also charge the cost of setting Post Seperate from the Linear Footage Of Fencing to be installed. 
Chainlink Price is based on the Height and Gauge of the mesh to be installed with our Installations starting at 4',5',6' anything above 6' is Commercial Grade Fencing. We also are able to install Barb Wire on Commercial  Fencing. 
Poly Vinyl has become very popular in recent years and the mesh is 2x the cost of Galvanized Mesh and the same for the Hardware. 

Wood Fencing

We do Dog Ear Fencing, Shadow Box Fencing, Ranch Rail, California Ranch Rail with PVC Vinyl Chainlink, Custom Wood Fencing and Also we Do Custom Horizontal Fencing with your choice of Materials.  Cost for installation is based on the number of rails being installed  and number of planks or pickets being hung. We have an additional charge for sealing the materials being installed. We will not warranty any wood Fencing installs unless it is stained and sealed due to heat making wood warp and Dry out.

Billy Simpson senior has been in the Fencing Business for 40 years and is a Master Fence Builder. He is co-founder of Charlie's Fencing in Duarte and after a family dispute walked away from the company. Years after he trained 6 four man Crews at Affordable Fencing In Idaho for his Son David Simpson Jr. A few months into a slow retirement I asked him to show me the trade and we formed EFS. I have 10 years in construction experience and can do several different trades as well can David.

We work with lots of different people mainly families and the important thing about Fencing is always a barrier from the outiside world and your property. We love working with families because we like the input we receive. We also work with Property Management Companies and Dog Breeders.

Always ask for the cost of the materials and weather the Pro is willing to give materials at Cost? If they have a 20% Mark up don't hire them. In time like these us as Americans have to be there for one another and to try to make profits from a product already at high cost is stealing from the client.
