We have received specialized training from all our suppliers and manufacturers in order to properly install and service the equipment.
Our employees also undergo monthly training to stay up to date in providing knowledge and understanding of the equipment we utilize.

We provide free estimates for all new equipment installations and replacements.
We do charge a Trip and Diagnose fee for repairs that could be waived depending on the cost of repair.

After joining the West Country HVAC team in 2008 and ultimately taking over the company when his father retired in 2013, our president has led the company to reach the highest standards in the industry. We focus on continuous training for our technicians, the utilization of the latest advances in HVAC technology, and personalized solutions for each and every customer. At the core of everything we do is our commitment to helping people—whether it’s extensive AC repairs, or complete heating system replacement, we’re ready to get the job done.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We completed a new construction commercial project that utilized a helicopter to lift and place the Heating and Air Conditioning units on the roof. We successfully place over 40 units this way.
