I have been in the business for over 20 years.  I am a licensed contractor with full insurance but keep overhead low so I can give my customers a price that they are satisfied with. I can have 5 or more on a project depending on the size.  I stand out because I keep in contact with my customer from beginning to end. All worksite is left clean daily.  You will have access 24 hours to Gardenia who is my back office.

I enjoy what I do becuse the work becomes a part of me. I enjoy seeing the work completed to what my customer invision and I bring it to life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would need to see project to give you a final price.  From our verbal agreement you will recieve a contractor via email. Contract will include scope of work. Everything that we discussed to be performed will be there. Start date of project and payment schedule.  Once accepted you send sign project back and work will begin

Just finished a job where I started a small walk way ended up doing a patio bbq area and floor polishing.  Customer was impressed with the level of professionalism in the work and attuide that i had

Make sure that you only pay 10 percent per CSLB to begin job

That pro has looked and job and give you a written proposal or propsal.
