Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will see what plumbing issues the customer is having by asking a few questions. Then all the info will be analyzed to see what can be done to fix the problem. Finally, a rough estimate will be given to see if the customer is willing to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in residential plumbing for new construction and 5 years in service/repair. Currently, I am licensed by the state of California as a Plumbing Contractor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most installs/replacements are charged at a flat rate, while other projects will require a fee for an on-site estimate that will be waived if hired for the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working alongside my dad as a plumber in new construction. We installed everything from drain waste, vents, gas, and water systems. From there I began to learn the art of service and repair in the plumbing industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked primarily for homeowners around the Inland Empire.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am most fond of a recent project I successfully accomplished in which the customer wanted to relocate the gas water heater and washer to the exterior wall. Water, gas, and drain/vents were relocated and everything was tested for leaks. The project took approximately 8 hours and the customer was left satisfied.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend the customer do some research on possible pros and make sure they meet the qualifications.
