About
We pride ourselves on delivering 5 star experiences. If a customer has ever felt less than that, and they let us know about it, we went above and beyond, so that they DID have a 5 star experience, and referred us to others.
We love being able to get people comfortable again quickly, and with a smile. Quite often we get the call to be a second opinion and come back with better news than they expected, whether it be a better price for the same work, or even showing them not all the proposed work is neccesary.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will call in, or email us through our website requesting service. We can then set a date and time frame for our technician's arrival. The technician can explain everything they found, and give them an exact dollar amount for the work to be performed, as well as being able to collect payment on the spot, including financing if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have gone through factory training from various manufacturers, but also do on going training that is offered from various trainers. They are also EPA certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have an upfront pricing guide for all of our repairs. They include parts, any applicable tax and labor, so it truly is an "out-the-door" price. We also have "PREFERRED" pricing for our customers who have chosen to maintain their systems regularly, and they get a discount on all repairs.
How did you get started in this business?
The company was founded by 2 technicians with a combined experience of over 30 years. They believed they could provide not only better service, but also at a better price.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service mainly residential customers, but we also do work on light commercial applications, including many of the local restraunts and small businesses. We currenly are also the preferred vendor for 13 local Lowe's stores.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We are proud of ALL of our jobs. We treat every customer like they were family, and like they were a showpiece. Nothing gets hidden and no corners are cut.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do some research on the company you are thinking about using. There are many companys known for overcharging customers, having poor service, etc. People love to leave reviews about their experience so use a few sites such as YELP and GOOGLE+ and others to get a good view on a company's performance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When are you available for service? How urgent is the need? What is a budget you have set aside for repairs/replacement?
