We had the fortune of using Kandiyeli Tile for our recent condo tiling (foyer, hall, kitchen, dining, and living room). Because we live in another state, and had a short window for our project, it was very important to us that the work begin, and most importantly, end on time. Kandiyeli Tile not only started on the designated date (actually, a day early, for the purpose of delivering product), they finished three days early! What a bonus for us!

The entire project was handled with the utmost professionalism. Our residence was left clean and tidy at the end of the day, and on the final day (grout day!), our furniture was brought back in and set up for us---and the completed job was absolutley beautiful!

We have plenty more projects on the horizon, and look forward to working with Richard, Adam, and Abel again.

Richards work is absolutely amazing. Ive built and remodeled 13 homes so I know good work. Richard provided excellent input and guidance from the design to the materials and the implementation and produced great results. His level of detail and how tidy he is, I have never had this quality of work before. He handled the job on our home in Palm Springs perfectly while communicating with us in Oregon daily throughout the work. Photos and status reports were perfect. Richard does not disappoint! He does what he says and is punctual. He delivers!!

Richard Kandiyeli is a true craftsman/artist in his tile work. He was able to understand what we wanted, make suggestions so that it would work well in the space allowed and completed the project in a very professional manner. There are several aspects of his work that were outstanding compared to any other contractor I have ever used. When he left for the day, his area was ALWAYS totally spotless, he was precise in all his work from his contract to laying the tile. We enjoyed having Richard and Adam around and completely trusted them to hold down the fort if we had to go somewhere. They are respectful and courteous to the other contractors and bent over backward to accommodate us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
