Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing communication with a customer in order to set a open window appointment for their project estimate. Once their project has been evaluated I make the best attempt to give them a few options on how to approach upcoming projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught basic plumbing service and repair at Mike Diamond while working as an apprentice. I eventually worked my way up into an apprentice program where I learned how to diagnose plumbing issues and find multiple solutions as well, I ended up becoming a full time technician.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$95 plus materials for faucets, toilets, and shower valve rebuilts.
How did you get started in this business?
I began my career while working for Mike Diamond as an apprentice where I was taught basic plumbing service and repair. I began as a helper digging sewers and assisting other plumbers. Then, eventually I worked my way up into an apprentice program where I learned how to diagnose plumbing issues and find multiple solutions as well.
Eventually, I became a full time technician. During my employment with Mike Diamond I was faced with the reality of having my first born child. The importance of learning a trade in high demand was magnificent, not to mention the great medical benefits it came with. After gaining so much experience as a seasoned technician,
I moved on to Payless 4 Plumbing (a small family owned business) as a Field Supervisor. At Payless 4 Plumbing, I was given the opportunity to learn Quality Control with City Officials and Customers first hand.
Some years after, I found myself growing into a corporate structured employee and eventually moved onto management for Mr. Rooter. At Mr. Rooter, I managed a crew of technicians while overseeing multiple projects as well as customer relations. Shortly after, I found myself missing a very important piece of myself. I realized that with my wealth of knowledge, it was time to take a leap of faith. I knew the challenges may be difficult as well as the competition. Nevertheless, I knew it would be worth it and I was willing to take the chance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
