Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard pricing in Sonoma county is $45 hr I do not to exceed bids as well as no travel charges within the county work outside of Sonoma county will require a travel service charge depending on location. There is a 1 hr minimum

I’ve been in the facility maintenance business since I was 21 I started working with my father who had been doing it for 35 years at the time. I have over 30 years experience there’s not much I haven’t seen
