What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process starts with we ask what service the customer needs and give a pricing for pick up / drop off , we ask for name, address, phone number, and how would they like to pay. After getting all the pick up information we ask when the customer would like to have the items schedualed for a pick up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FREON FREE IS A STATE CERTIFIED RECYLER. All employes of FREON FREE are trained properly to dismantel appliances , freon recovery & recycling.
