What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I greet the customer and I see what exactly they're looking for at what repairs are needed or installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Colleges degree -UTI associates degree in occupational sciences.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have normal competitive prices with other companies. I will meet or match any other company if the unit or the installation is the same as a repair or the installation. Please take in mind the quality is of the upmost importance.
How did you get started in this business?
I really was interested in HVAC since high school in auto shop. From there I went to college at UTI I got my associates degree in occupational sciences. from there I went to work in the hotel industry Marriott and UC Riverside.There I received my 20 years of customer service and professional apprenticeship program.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers happy, mean, disrespectful, extremely joyful people. I always stay focused with the task at hand. I'm there to help the customer with their needs I see it as the customer is always right my company is there to accommodate every need that the customer wants to keep them happy with our service.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I try to leave every job 100% it's my signature.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please make sure that you hire a professional can you ask how many years experience he has before working on your unit.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Their budget, area of the home that need attention,over all problems with their unit.
