What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usally go to the jobsite introduce myself and find out more of what exactly the customer wants. And try to envision there way of thinking and bring it to there project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 22 years in Construction Building Maintenance fields. I have been everything from a laborer to a Building Maintenance Manager. I even helped Fresno's Federal Courthouse Open its doors on time.

No i dont because even if the job is similar there still can be major diffrences and costly ones.
How did you get started in this business?
When i was 16 or 17 liked the fact of doing different things each day and not just sitting in a office doing the same kind of work each day.

I worked with them all from the kindest gentlelist to out right rudest person ive ever seen.

Opening the doors to the federal Building.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get more than one estimate. And dont just go with the lowest priced guy.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much they can afford and is it really a necessity the project there doing.
