Juan is in charge of installation and maintenance. He makes sure that our designs are executed flawlessly and maintained beautifully, protecting your invesment. Juan is our hardscaping expert. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first talk to them and see what they want. I then give them a estimate. We have to agree on things and I have to do the work they want. And after I ask for sum type of payment to start the work and after all the work is done I ask for the rest of the payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for over 10 years. I have my permit to work around and I am in process of getting my license.

How did you get started in this business?
I started as doing these types of jobs as a side job and now I want to expand my business and make more people satisfied with my work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a lot of different people. I have never had a problem with anyone personally. I have worked with Asians, Indians, white people, and black people etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I have done some cement on the sidewalk. My customer was very happy wit the outcome.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think people should really pay attention to pricing and in general how the person is. They shouldn't go for the cheaper prices instead for the quality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should have an idea of what type of work they want.
They should also be open to new ideas and see what's best for them.
They should also pay attention to reviews the person has and what type of work they have done in the past.
