What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free on-site estimate. Jobs usually start with a specific problem to be handled and once that is handled, many customers then ask for our system tune-up. We'll review your timer, check the heads or drip irrigation in each zone and make adjustments to ensure complete coverage and efficient water use.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with my brother who has been in sprinkler repair since 2005.
How did you get started in this business?
I retired from a high tech job when the company wanted to move me to Sacramento. My family has been in sprinkler repair for some time and it has been a good fit for me.
