What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone conversation taking just a minuite or two helps on what needs to be done to complete your electrical install or concerns. Most estimates or quotes are given right over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of electrical on site experience. Attended Long Beach College studying electrical theory and applications. Served a 4 year apprenticeship program through the electricians union. Continued education and study in order to keep up with an advancing electrical industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Electrical is a little different to give pricing on than carpet or concrete. It is not based on square feet. It is based on each unique scenario or install. Most estimates require a phone call describing what is needed to be done, a picture, or even sometimes an actual job walk.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When it comes to hiring an electrical contractor, it is a good idea to make sure they are a licensed contractor for the work you are wanting done. There are alot of general contractors who claim they know to install electrical. This can be risky.
