What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Standard measures, stratagies and procedures for all of our employees in consideration of all our valued customers:

*Family Heating & Air Conditioning employees have been informed and are required to emphasize respiratory, cough & sneeze etiquette and hand hygiene. Family Heating & Air, Inc. provides tissues and no-touch disposal receptacles for use by employees. Family Heating & Air, Inc. instructs employees to clean their hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol, or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Family Heating & Air, Inc. provides soap and water and alcohol-based hand rubs in the workplace. Family Heating & Air, Inc. insures that adequate supplies are maintained, place hand rubs in multiple locations to encourage hand hygiene. Initial contact either by phone, email and text message.  Owner contacts customer asap with a phone call.  For new install or replacement of HVAC system owner contacts customer and sets up an appointment with customer to have a skilled technician assess the existing system and take all the necessary information to provide a competative free estimate.  Answer all questions.  Owner follows up with free estimate. 

For service calls we take information received during phone call in regards to what theHVAC issues may be.  Work with our schedule to accomodate customers request.  Usually can book a service call within 24 hours.
