We are a 24/7 emergency service company providing direct billing to insurance companies if needed. We specialize in restoring Residential and commercial properties from any kind of damage and bringing it back to original condition; water damage, leak detection, sewage backup, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, mold testing, smoke & fire damage, crawlspace cleanup, emergency plumbing cleanup, reconstruction and emergency pack out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will schedule a free inspection and come out to take a look. Once it is a confirmed job (client actually has mold/ water damage/ asbestos etc) we will follow up with an estimate.
Process will be different for insurance jobs and cash jobs. If working with the insurance, we will first help the client file the claim and work directly with insurance adjusters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, bonded, insured, and certified with IICRC
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices differ depending on the size of the job. We can rarely give prices over the phone or email because we need to see how severe the damage is (do walls need to be removed? Has the mold spread?)
After we've inspected and measured the damage, we use a system called Xactimate for the price. Insuacnes accept Xactimate reports and so it's very convenient.
