What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk on phone set up appt to meet face to face to discuss what it is my client needs to meet each other and to figure out day and time of first cleaning. Sometimes its the same day as initial visit or its booked on a differnt day that works for everybody..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of cleaning experience. I am good at what I do. Never had an unsatisfied customer.
