What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need as much information as possible the more details the better I can quote you on an excellent price. Upon receiving requests I like to contact the customer via telephone however if the customer chooses we gladly message you. We can also do a virtual consultation via video calling as well. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and graduated with a degree as an electrician from College.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard service call is $250 flat rate. That would include trouble shooting and fixing the issue.
I do free stimates when it comes to additions, remodeling, installations, upgrades etc.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working as an electrician in 2008 Life and family brought me to pursue my dream of becoming a business owner.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of customers from commercial to residential.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The more details you give me the better I can assist you. It's really hard to give you an accurate estimate with very few details about your electrical needs also keep in mind prices on materials have gone up drastically almost tripple the costs since last year that being said I am very transparent at letting my customers know accurate prizes on materials costs and advice you to ask for material list so you can research material prices and know we are not going to overprice you on material costs. Remember you get what you pay for consider hiring someone with the expertise on your service call sometimes you may think your saving money by hiring a handyman but they are not educated in making sure that your electrical work is done up to code.

Sometimes giving vague details on what you need can cause a quote to be incorrect I really suggest to give appropriate details. I cannot give an estimate on certain works without knowing certain details first my suggestion is you provide me with your # information so that I can contact you directly for better project communication.
