After the Palisades Fire, we assumed the insurance contractor had cleaned everything properly. Before moving back in, our consultant recommended independent environmental testing, and the report showed there was still smoke residue and fire-related contamination inside the home. Alex reviewed the report with us and explained what additional remediation was needed. The crew was careful, respectful, and completed the work exactly as described. The follow-up clearance testing came back clean, which gave us confidence that the house was finally safe for our family.
