Juan and his son came to work on my house. Gave them five stars. Would recommend them to others. My only recommendations for the future... Power screwdrivers are your friend. It would be a good investment. (Power drills dont quite do the same job). A second recommendation is modern wall anchors are also your friend. Finally, for drywall, drywall screws are also your friend. Plus a spring loaded center-hole punch would make leveling and wall mounting stuff so much easier. Can get one at Harbor Freight for a buck or two. I thank Juan and J. Samuel for their hard work.

We had a ceiling fan that was not working. Juan was on time and friendly. Explained what he was doing. He was very through. He fixed our fan for a reasonable price
