What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

First Experience is important in this field cuz many people get a pro but they are not certified or properly trained then they get to pay more for a major repair or even replace the whole unit cuz is damaged due to be manipulated for a person who didn't know how the system works
