We are a down to earth IT consultant team. We provide a personal level of service and can design service for your needs. We know money doesn’t grow on trees so we design our services to be cost-effective and we service home and small business owners of all sizes. We love what we do with a passion, and we even accommodate dress code requirements in the workplace. For home users, we can design a personal service plan to cover all desktop and laptops and mobile devices and network devices in your home under a personized plan.
What I enjoy the most about my work is that I can make someone worst nightmare into a thing of the past. I go above and beyond to help with a Clients issues with there computer or the network is just not working the way it should be. Bring a smile to that person or person's make it the reason I enjoy my work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer with try to get an understanding of how the environment is designed and setup currently before making any of our suggestions. Once we have got the lay of the land we work with them to help develop the service plan for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally do this for 12 years and have a bachelor's in cybersecurity

Our price base is fixed but flexible on a job to job base. If under a contract prices are covered. If it's a case by case prices are a fixed rate.
