Maury O'Hearn -Broker
Maury O’Hearn is a Northern California native; Born in San Francisco and grew up in Atherton & Currenty resides in Placerville. Maury’s real estate career started actually by accident in 2004 (long story) In 2007 he obtained his Broker’s license and opened Premier Property Group / Car Guy Real Estate, a branding connection to his passion and previous work as a restoration expert of collectible automobiles.
He has raced vintage cars all over the world and has been married over 20 years and has a 17 year old daughter. He has focused the majority of his real estate efforts on high end luxury homes and REO’s. Both in El Dorado County and the San Francisco Peninsula. Homes & Vintage Cars are a passion that drives unsurpassed service for you!
Maury has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors. He is also a lifetime Member of the Top Achievers Club and was President of that group in 2016/2017. Maury is also Managing Broker of Chapman Real Estate Group A Boutique Brokerage in El Dorado Hills That showcases its success by working by referral.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our clients come to us by referral of past clients, friends and other professionals such as attorneys, financial planners etc.
Our first step is to Identify our clients’ wants & needs and their time line. Once that is established, we then develop a plan of action to make it all work. Our commitment to you is to set your expectations and then to exceed them. We are always one hundred percent transparent and accessible to you pretty much 24/7 by phone, text & email.

Maury O'Hearn is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors. He is also a lifetime Member of the Top Achievers Club and was President of that group in 2016/2017. Maury holds degrees in Business Administration & Marketing. With additional training as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Getting first time home buyers through the process. From Renting a small apartment to getting them approved for a loan and ultimately finding them their first home, working through the offer, inspection and closing process and finally handing them the keys to their first home. Then Hosting their house warming party!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are comfortable with whomever you hire to represent you. You want to be confident that you are being heard and understood! if you don’t understand something ask questions. Homes are most folk’s biggest investment you want to make sure that the person & company representing you have YOUR best interests first and foremost! Not just an agent chasing a payday. We pride ourselves on building relationships for the long term, Not just a quick paycheck.
