What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a prospect is identified, I interview the cliet to learn what their desired home and neighborhood requirements are.  Then I work with then on identifying suitable prospective property listed in the MLS that meat the client's initial parameters.  After that we visit properties until one is identified that they wish to purchase and go from there.  Also, I educate the client on the need to have their purchase financing in place and if they do not have a prefered lending professional I am happy to refer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration/Finance in addition to being CPRES certified, Property Preservation Specialist certified, and have a 25+ year Real Estate and mortgage-lending career background.
