What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I appreciate very much if there is a picture or 2 of your requested job. Pictures are always great and allows us to be prepared before arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm California licensed
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices are mostly flat rates, per job item, and depending on size of job I can provide free estimates.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly work with residential homes and at time commerical which includes restaurants, warehouses,offices etc
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Saving a homeowner thousands by repairing a small tub spout leak. First contractor wanted to rip out their entire tub/shower to fix the leak. They were great ful!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be detailed over the phone and have some pictures ready to text over before their arrival. They can have a better idea of the job and provide a more accurate bid.
