Hi there, my name is Jose Samuel Diaz Hernandez, i’m married and I’m father of one little boy I love to play soccer in my free time, I been in plumbing for about 5 years plus. I started in the plumbing industry when I was in high school 2017, I was going to school and my uncle used to take me after school at night and weekends to do plumbing in new construction. At the time I didn’t have any experience and also I was learning English at the same time. After i graduated from high school, I started working in 20/20 plumbing and heading where my ancle work for and I did the training for a about year as an apprentice, learning codes and learning to read the plans Layout conforming to the builder. I didn’t know anything about this trade but once I started and I started learning I fell in love with plumbing for me, plumbing it’s not only a trade is also a career and profesión that requires hard work, focus and passion. After doing new construction I went to work ar All City Plumbing as a plumber technician having the experience of new construction and the knowledge necessary to be able to diagnose and provide options to customers resolving their needs explaining customer why they were having the issue and how to prevent to happen again. As a plumber technician the company still had training classes for all technician in All City Plumbing Related to how to fix and fine Slab leaks, water installation, leaks up to down it was more and learn how to diagnose the issues it was a big challenge because even that I new and had all this experience from new construction it was totally different than just plumb. I got good at it. And now I would like to help new costumers to resolve their plumbing issues my main goal is to pro5 star service to every homeowner, and always proving quality of work and service.
