What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love talking to our customers on the phone. We like to find out what the issue is for their system, get them scheduled for an appointment with our highly trained, professional technicians.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have been to school to learn the trade. We have continuous training available for them. We also train them on working with the customer. They are thorough in explaining what they find to improve or repair the customers system.
