My name is John , and

I am a self employed Handyman/ Carpenter, with experience in all the trades including, but not limited to, painting, fencing, concrete, welding, electrical , plumbing, framing, remodels, deck designing and building, and woodworking and also contracted to several properties to provide maintenance and management services. Also have some experience with operating heavy equipment .

Before that was a union carpenter in Dayton, Ohio for 8 years.

All totalled, I have about 30 years in the real estate , construction, and renovations business, and i am also VERY good at working with a tight budget !
