H5 did an OUTSTANDING job! We needed some complicated electrical work done. Troy and his crew were attentive, punctual, and extremely professional. Brandy was a pleasure to work with, she was incredibly responsive to all of our phone calls and was instrumental in walking us through the various steps in the permitting and inspection processes. H5 definitely went the extra mile on our project. We will use them for all future projects and have recommended them to countless friends!

H5 Electric has been great - they promptly scheduled the work I needed (running electric to a new shed), and were friendly and hard working when they arrived. Troy took the time to do some detective work on my old house, and then went above and beyond to make fixes and solve problems. Electrical work is something that you want done the right way, and after seeing the high quality of their craftsmanship (and having seen the great work theyve done at several friends homes), I am a very satisfied customer. I have been treated with nothing but the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, and do not hesitate to recommend H5 electric.

I had damage from a surge or something that was causing some electrical issues. I had an electrician from another company come out and take a look at my box and they said I should contact my insurance company. I did so and then they ghosted me. I didn’t hear back from them. Fast forward two weeks later and me being tired of waiting, I started looking through yelp and I called H5 randomly because I liked some of their pictures and they seemed pretty well rated.

I talked to Brandy on the phone and she set me up with Troy who came out super quick like same or next day I can’t remember offhand. I think four days later we had an appointment.

The folks came out early and relocated my box down and upgraded from 100 with no slots to 200 with lots of slots. The folks they had working were professional and quick movers. My house was built in 1906 so im guessing they are pretty good at troubleshooting too. They also ran a separate line to my microwave by request. I had to bounce midway and they finished up.

Long story long - everything looks great - works great. Its nice to be able use my air fryer AND my microwave at the same time. These folks were quick and responsive to text which is my preferred way to communicate since I’m usually working.

I appreciate it when businesses are responsive to messages and put value on your time. It was nice that not only were they on-time they were early. I was actually surprised they were able to get me fixed so quick. Side note: Because it was such an easy process, I just had them quote me on some can lights. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

They are very professional, got all the work they’ve ever done for us done in a timely manner. Always stayed within their bid. We have two businesses one In a building 140 years old and the

other one in a ninety year old building.

We have done extensive renovations to both of those buildings and Hensley 5 did a great job on both.

They are very honest and hard working . Took the time to explain what was important to get done . I am so happy . Very thorough. I highly recommend Troy and his crew! I can sleep at night k owing I will not have an electrical fire.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at H5 Electric. We have a 80 year old home that was in dire need of an electrical upgrade. The team at H5 was friendly and gave us an outstanding quote.

When they worked on our house they treated it like it was there own, taking the time to run wiring through existing spaces without having to cut into the walls.

They were always upfront when they found issues, yet were always able to figure out how to solve the problems. We loved our house before, but now it is upgraded and more beautiful then before.
